What do you think about hats (possibly weapons or anything else) which is upgrading when hero take levels during the game? in w-shop i see works like that. may be it will be interesting for competition?

i think it evolving could be a possibility but not a "must do" for a month
They are not exactly supported by Valve so i think like other unsupported things (custom attack animations, taunts, new skill sounds...) we should avoid
but its not a bad idea at all, just that as a theme could be too much
The Spring Event saw a huge influx of items and sets for the Spirits and other Asian themed characters. I always liked the months with heroes with fewer sets and items because it felt really fresh.
I had a couple ideas:
Oglodi
Creatures(excluding the merpeople)
Keen folk
Spellcasters
Dual Wielders
we have not had a mechanical theme yet right?
i know however that many artists just recently made items for clock/timber but it may work for a month when tinker and techies finally gets added for workshop support.
I don't think brew is a panda, I dunno, maybe a red panda.
Anyway....
If we do choose spirits plus brew we have to be loose with items. Seems like all of them are missing at least one category.
exp: brew doesn't have head slot, Earth doesn't duel wield, storm has no weapon,

Tusk, Ember, (not really ursa), shadow shaman, terror blade, brewmaster, naga and I guess templar are the choices.
I'd say no on oriental theme, that was covered on New Year.

- the old pandas (3 spirits + brew)
a good measurement i think would be check the ones that have less items or the items are too old
Brew i think needs items, but at the same time storm got an immortal and earth got a great set from K-Pax recently
Axe have a lot of items and warlock even with the immortal i think still need some more items
Game is hard indeed While I'm waiting for the new topic for June I made a Sven weapon. Concept was made by Noblebatterfly, everything else by me. The weapon is not finished yet and this is just the LOD1. Any feedback or crits will be greatly appreciated Thank you for your time

Yeah I believe Oglodi are Axe, Warlock, Disruptor and Lifestealer. Could do an Oglodi month vs Keenfolk month considering they are supposed rivals in the story line. The downside being Tinker isn't broken up yet.
Though I would think about adding the lighter stone white colour sven has into the blade. The differences in the blade stone and the hilt stone can be highlighted better with a slight value change

Items are hard to say, can't search for single items in the store so I don't know.
My main point with that is they all have different slots, so we can't say 'head slot only'
