looks like a button to me! haha.
If you want to match the photo more, your gonna have to get some more detail in there.
This is great for your first model!
Just needs that extra step.
There is alot more little peices of visible dirt and paint being flicked up.
Get some of those in there in the texture!
Right now the metal is reading more plastic, you might just need a more interesting light source or a better specular texture in there.
maybe even add a little dirt on the wall that goes along the edges of the square panel like in the picture. that thing has been sitting on that wall for awhile...make it look like it!!

Thanks for the feedback. I am not that great at texturing
but I will improve in time.

Youve got the base colours in, which is great! Now make a couple more layers and slowly add dirt, grime, rust, fallen off paint, etc. Look at the way that the dirt and stuff is on the ref and try to mimic that.
Keep it up!

this. try working a nice spec. remember that the key to a good metallic specular is a nice dose of contrast between bright and dark areas, and a dark gloss map. that usually gets you a nice metallic look, as a rule of thumb.

Your normal map needs more than a 1 pixel edge. Not sure how you created it, but if you made the edge bigger, you would effectively make the normal map more deeper looking. Thats in regards to the circle thing in the middle.

When I get some free time. I'll look into that. Thanks
