Sketches ~ Pls do a constructive critique

Hey guys! So this is my first thread here and i was looking for a good oportunity to bring something important and something which i need. So, here is two sketches drawned by me, and i need to know what you think about, because i'm transforming it in 3D model to put in my portfolio... So, thx to read and im waiting ur answer.:thumbup:

The guy is very symmetrical and has a lot of big and medium shapes, but no areas of detail, Paul richards has a good talk about this here:

The girl has those spots of overlapping plates, leather straps, and cloth wraps to give that visual noise. I think she might do even better without some of that wrapping on the legs to give a better ratio of noise vs rest.
