Lighting rendering incorrectly

Hi all,
I have encountered a strange lighting issue, some areas of my meshes in my environment are lighting incorrectly. Please see attached image – I have marked with red arrows some of the problem areas. The weird thing is that from a distance you can see the issues but when you come close to the mesh the lighting seems to correct itself. Anyone have any ideas?

Just for your information I am using Unreal 3.
