Day 1

I started sketching the concept out at work very roughly, I have a very specific Vision, but I wont be posting any concept art unless it's required. After work I booted up Sculptris and started creating some skulls. Got the small creeps and the centaurs done.

Day 2 Finished the skulls and imported them into blender.

Day 3 skull armor almost complete, need to add the chains.

That big skull on his back changes his overall design considerably. Too far, I would say, for the purposes of this contest. If you're changing his theme this much, retaining as much of the original silhouette as possible should be a priority.
