Jobs in Canada - Not your Vancouver

I always see Job postings for Montreal, especially Vancouver 
, London, Paris, New Zealand. What about Toronto, Canada ? I will admit, our city is cold although Montreal dwellers would say it's colder there, also we have horrible transit.
Are there any jobs or am I in the dark ?
I'm working on my web site, coding in HTML / CSS is a pain in the butt, like all programming, although it is an essential skill to have especially with recent advances in the Web Dev landscape, Web Dev skills of 10 yrs ago or even five years ago are becoming less relevant besides you need a portfolio. Anyhow when I begin selling myself something I must do or I will visit the poor house sooner rather then later.
