xNormal memory problem

urgh, i have this kind of problem when i use xNormal to make my normal map, not sure why.

my Ram is 16GB
High poly is 5 mill tris
Low poly is 10k tris

last time i did this, there werent any problems. now whenever i want to make my normal map, i got this.

i tried google for a resolution but cant find any. anyone can help?

Could be your RAM is dodgy. Have you noticed any instabilities when running other memory intensive programs?

not really, except for ZBrush which crashes all the time but that ZBrush being faulty and not the RAM.

Update the net framework and make sure your using the latest version of xNormal

CPU temps? OCCT/wPrime passed ok? Do you have your swap file enabled?
Are you using the default renderer, aren't you? ( or OpenRL, CUDA, etc? )
