Hi guys, after several color tests, i have decided these colors as the definitive ones, maybe im using too much variation, what do you think?, thanks.

I think you've actually got a fairly good amount of variation going on there already. You've only really got two hues and a shade. When creating focused designs, that's a pretty good starting point. Depending on what texturing style you're going for, you might want to subtly work some deep greens and/or blues into your croc leather.

I think the skin could use just a touch more pink in some areas. It looks good but not quite fleshy enough yet.

@GabrielP: you are right man, im trying to put some skin color variation going to red to give much more fleshy..

The one on the right is one quick overpaint to see how it looks with a bit of color variation.

Any crit?
