In this role, you will inspire and create the visual elements of the environments in our games.

The perfect candidate will be a master of all aspects of game art creation, and be a hardworking self-motivated team player. You will be proficient in organic modeling and some hard surface, and have a proven track record of generating environment props & lighting. Our games span from high quality, real-time graphics to pre-rendered assets. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable doing both.

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]· Work closely with art director and leads to drive and evangelize the artistic vision of the game.
· In-depth understanding of creating efficiency in the development and production pipeline.
· Great troubleshooting skills in finding the most efficient solution
· Works effectively and collaboratively across all functional disciplines of the team.
· Translate 2D concepts and reference material into high fidelity environments and associated game assets.
· Create both organic and hard surface models.
· Construct gorgeous environments using proprietary level editing tools.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]· [/FONT]Strong knowledge of sculpting software for crafting environmental textures and objects[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Preferred Qualifications[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]· A minimum of 2-4 years of experience with high-resolution 3d modeling, surfacing, optimization, and game integration.
· Strong portfolio including examples of beautiful flora modeling and texture work.
· Independently self-motivated, team player with excellent communication skills.
· Ability to take direction, constructive criticism and maintain a professional attitude.
· Must be proficient, Maya, Photoshop, and ZBrush
· Understanding of real-time material development & technical asset building pipelines
· Experience building modular asset kits for natural/ outdoor environments
· Prototyping/gray-boxing assets when necessary.
· In-depth world building experience with relevant commercial game engines.
· Have shipped at least 1 AAA title in this or similar position.
Pluses:
· Experience with high-end material and physically-based shader authoring.
· Some Concept skills, ability to visualize and concept environments and props.
· Experience with Speedtree and other similar tools.
· Being an avid gamer![/FONT]
