[FONT=&quot]We’re looking for a designer with the experience to take the lead on UX design for an exciting new AAA F2P project. We want someone who believes it’s their job to work with a team to deliver a great product, not just a great design. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]You understand the moment when a game goes from being merely usable to something that inspires people to do things they couldn’t do before. You know that you don’t get there through a flash of brilliance – it comes from a deep understanding of people and how they browse, interact and play. You know how to use research, prototyping, and testing to take that first idea and turn it into an experience that is elegant, natural and valuable to the person using it. Last but not least, you love to take ownership over things and pushing them to their limit.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]What you will do[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Within the game team you’ll take the lead in designing the user experience for the meta game and the connection to the core game [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]In cooperation with other designers, you will define different player types and create appropriate user paths for them[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]With the creation of interactive flowcharts you will quickly prototype these paths and validate your decisions [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Within the flowcharts, you will be responsible for the creation of wireframes [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]You’ll work with user researchers and the team to test your designs and flows to iterate on them and validate them [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]What you need to bring[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]3+ years of hands-on experience in an interaction design or user experience design role[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Creativity to deliver effective user interface solutions for complex software within the constraints of a strong brand [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Expert knowledge of established and emerging user interface patterns [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Strong understanding of shop design[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]The ability to facilitate, lead, and benefit from design critique [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good communication skills (written, diagrammatic, and verbal) to present and explain design decisions to non-designers in English[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to use sketches, mockups and prototypes to test assumptions and resolve design questions [/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Experience with Action Script[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]You actually designed a digital shop that makes large quantities of data easy to browse and accessible[/FONT]
