'BUILT WITH UDK has stopped working'! PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys, can someone help me? I get the error message 'BUILT WITH UDK has stopped working' when i try to play my level on a PC. This even occurs when i start a brand new level with one static mesh actor in it! :(

Yesterday my computer run this process fine, this morning its not working at all. :(
I dont know whats happened (noone has touched my computer overnight either)

Other responses to this question often ask for people to share their Launch.log file for the answer.
I don't understand what this is saying, but hopefully someone else knows.

The only other thing I can think thats happened is that a game I managed to package last night completed and to test it i run the .exe folder to which it start downloading visual studio etc and im worried whatever was in the download maybe clashing with my UDK running.

*The play in editor mode works fine.
