Static Mesh Shadows Misaligned - UDK

I am using the last build of the UDK before UE4 and for some reason my static meshes are casting shadows at a right angle to the actual light source.
I'm using a dominant directional light and landscape.
ALL my meshes do it. In the screenshot you can see the bloom from the sun source and the angle the shadows are facing.
