How to make a static world depth ? (UE3)

Hi everybody !
I'm trying to do a depth map that is independant of the player position and mouvement (a depth map that is based on a point in 3D space). I already have a material that can give me the depth of the scene but it's dependant of the player point of view with these nodes. 682986Depth.png
Which give me that : 861609DepthGround.png
My objective is to apply some effects/distortions depending of this static depth map
Hope someone can help me find a way to do that =)
