Some drawing practice from some time ago, the creature pic from my drawing book took a beating in my zip-up binder. Hence the graphite "fog". I'll eventually redraw it and model it

Your 3d looks good, though I would work on your 2d a bit more. What your illustrations are missing is a good sense of form and structure. like with your gun, it looks like you are trying to look at it straight on but also partially on the bottom. Its just a little perspective quip that can be fixed with more studies. With your posed guy his pose is just a little flat, try staggering or bringing out his limbs or twisting his trunk a bit. When drawing poses try to define where things are spatially, than proceed to block them out, keeping in mind where your weighty lines are. This will help to give your 2d stuff depth. Google pixel lovely or pose maniacs for some good practice on the life drawing stuff and gorge on Feng Zhu for the perspective : ) keep em coming dude.

Yea im definitely trying to get better at drawing, It really does help elsewhere artistically. For the Glock I did kinda have a screwy angle i was drawing from as well as moving my head around too much as i was drawing. I feel like if I erase the slide and redraw it to match the overall angle of the frame, it will look much better/more natural. For sure going to check out those reference sites. Good lookin on the crits, ill be posting more soon
