VascoGames BV is looking for a highly enthusiastic dedicated and talented 2D artist to complete our small team. VascoGames is a small game development and publisher from the Netherlands. We seek someone who has had previous experience in creating 2D game assets in the industry previously, but this doesnt mean we dont consider excellent portfolios for those without this industry experience. In your role of 2D artist you will be busy with various aspects of game development like: creating high quality 2D game models, making different GUI for different games.

Our ideal candidate has experience crating 2D concepts and illustrations using Photoshop or an equivalent 2D paint program.

- Minimum 1 year experience in the Game Industry is a plus, a great portfolio also count.
- Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent 2D paint program
- Very strong sense of shapes, forms, structure and silhouette in regards to illustrations and game design
- You need to have a passion for games
- Outstanding graphic design skills and strong painting background
- Have a great team player attitude, have strong good communications skills and self-motivation
- Able to work under deadlines that we set with the team
Extra pluses:
- If you made or worked on a mobile game / games you can show this as well.
- Working knowledge of Unity 3D
