MODO Lattice/FFD

Can someone please tell me where I can find this damn thing?

I can see a lattice deformer under the setup tab, but I only want to affect a selection of verts/faces/edges, not the whole mesh :poly127:

Any workaround for this maybe?

I don't usually work with deformers and stuff but you can try setting the "Deform Influence" to a polygon selection set:
