I recomend go checkout the art guide/ rulles . I think your items have to much detailes and not keeping with the characters color schemes . The sven sword has a sci fy vibe due to lots of stripes and circles (like vents on machines ) , and so on.
Try to go on a more cartoony area without using black and white in your textures , or very saturated colors .

Just a tip, please stop using black and white. Go look up color schemes online, also don't put red on brown.

your textures are quity noisy, i'd say tone down the detailled cavities and add some overall softer direction shading.

Prosomogy : keep in mind that this game has a cartoony art direction . you have to simplify all the details to give it a clean look . try to replicate the base items if you can . You obviously dont lack the tehnical part . Good luck

You still have unnecessary amount of detail, just pick up some of the textures of items already done and look what they are like. Transfer this detail to maybe specular or normal maps, but keep it away from diffuse

thx you! its my first work with any set's i mean modelling and add to rings, it was some hard work whis Nyx, it was need more fix's than others work, but i done it whis Mr.Scrake, i painted base textures aslo something my friend paint, and i made masks, Mr.Scrake painted art and add some fix's and some color to textures.

I think that preview picture isn't doing a great job of showing what the item actually is. Without your gif it's pretty hard to tell its a replacement weapon for him on face value

Looking good, very nice shape. I'm not sure about the green though. Perhaps the orange colour on the symbol on his back would work better?

Gradient map is what is used to have make the top of a model lighterand the bottom darker. It seems you never do use it and that is wwhy your work looks uniformly saturated. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong.

Blade is looking sharp. A little unsure about the green sliver, might be a little too subtle for a character Riki's size. Looking forward to seeing it wrapped up.
