weird lighting problem in UDK

Hey guys,

I'm getting this really weird problem when I build my lighting in my scene. After I build my lighting my tiled floor gets this weird black spots on it. It's different on each instance of the mesh.

I didn't have this problem until after I added in those dirt piles around the pillar. I also added two more lights, but I took those out I still got the problem. I would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to fix this since I am totally lost and haven't found anything in my searches
