Environment Artist

Required Qualifications
  • Experience from working on an open world game or equal
  • At least two years experience from working on a published AAA title
  • Excellent modelling and texturing skills.
  • Maya and Photoshop are required.
  • Strong documented artistic skills
  • A great sense of technical excellence, functionality and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Passion for playing and making games
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate an artistic vision
  • Some understanding of level design and game mechanics

VFX Artist

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years minimum experience in the game industry on a AAA game.
  • Expert in creating high-quality particle effects and textures
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality effects reel and high resolution effect textures
  • The ability to view visual reference of an effect, deconstruct it and subsequently re-create it in a real-time game engine is essential
  • Strong knowledge of environmental effects, cloth simulations, lighting and dynamics
  • High proficiency in technical problem solving
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Maya, Adobe After Effects and 3D Studio Max
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with and knowledge of PS3 and X360 hardware
  • Experience creating real time effects through proprietary engines
  • Experience in writing scripts/plugins in MEL, C/C++ for Maya
  • Experience in creating real time shaders and post effects

Senior Technical Artist

Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years in games or game related experience modeling and texturing environments using Maya/Zbrush.
  • At least 2 AAA games completed and shipped on multiple console and PC platforms.
  • Possess a competent foundation in the traditional arts; drawing, painting, sculpting and/or photography skills.
  • Excellent eye for form, shape, structure and color in regards to modeling, texturing, spatial composition and visual storytelling.
  • Strong artistic and conceptual ability to visualize and maintain the design and art vision of an area in detail with minimal concept art and direction.
  • Sculpting clean and efficient models, strong UV mapping and exceptional texture creation for hard surface, architectural and organic natural environments
  • Outstanding technical skills to manage assets to fit memory, frame rate limits, and design considerations.
  • Develop textures for in-game environments including color maps, normal maps, speck maps, height maps, AO maps, detail maps and transparency maps
  • Comfortable working with physical based materials and shaders.
Highly Preffered Qualifications
  • Production using deferred rendering, GI lighting and destruction
  • Shading and/or scripting language experience.
  • Open world game development experience.
  • PS4/Xbox One game development experience.

UI Artist

Required Qualifications
  • User interface design experience on at least one released game
  • Strong Photoshop skills
  • Proven skills in merging UI design with game concept as a whole
  • Ability to work with several development teams, while maintaining consistency of design
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Moderate skill in ActionScript, Python, or similar scripting languages
Desired Qualifications
  • 3D modeling experience (such as 3DS Max or Maya)
  • Demonstrable appreciation of UI hurdles for PC versus console
  • Appreciation for the role of typography in UI design
  • Knowledge of motion design in modern game front-ends
  • Familiarity with font design

B]Required Qualifications[/B]
  • 4+ years industry experience
  • Previously created character models for one or more published AAA games
  • Excellent skills in Maya, Photoshop and Z-brush are required.
  • A strong sense of asset ownership though the art pipeline, taking full responsibility for assets from initial creation to implementation in the final product
  • Ability to create highly unique characters based on existing concept Art
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Advanced understanding of generating normal maps from high poly models
  • You have an excellent artistic ability and you are driven to find the right visual feeling and quality in your work
  • Passion for playing and making games
