Pugna head bones! (YELP!)

Hello. I made a hat, and i`m having some problems with pugna`s head bones.

My problem: although i assigned the hat to the bones just like the original horns, it still doesn`t move in tandem with the head. it moves, but more like it`s rigged to the shoulders than head. any advice?

How many bones did you bind it too? If you have to bind it to more than one, you need to do weight maps.

the original one is bound to Head_01. i tried that. weight map shows full dedication toward head_01.
i also tried head_01 and head_00 (separate and together), and also importing with the whole skeleton. same problem.

Detach it from the bones. Freeze transforms and delete history(or whatever that is in your 3D package) Then re-skin it to the bone.

Yeah, now I remember I also had to reset everything with my item and rebind again to fix it once I managed to fuck it up xD. This should probably help.
