vector pieces to 3d.obj with low polygons count for Unity3D

Hello,

I am need get done the simple puzzles pieces from vector to .obj with low polygons count, but not decreased quality.

This should be done in several size groups from 9 up to 200+ pieces in one Unity3D scene, so knowledge of how to optimize polygons count of 3d object with no impact on quality is important. One group of pieces should be no more than 20000 polygons in the Unity3D scene. Maybe there will be need some tune of vector shapes of pieces for groups with more than 100 pieces.
On each 3d model should be inside round bevel from face side.
All created 3d objects should be with good UV normals to map texture on it in Unity3D without any issues.
Final work should be groups of .obj files separated by each piece.

The pieces in the vector format will be provided for each group. Same as test texture to map on them.
I am need also signed agreement and all copyright.
