Learning resources for unreal?

Hey everyone so I'm an aspiring game maker and I'm trying to learn how to model/level design.(I'm trying to model the southern air temple from ATLA)
Anyway does anyone know of any good resources for a noobie?

Download the engine and get Epics samples from the marketplace. Within the content examples project there's a map that shows you how they break down making a level.
