Animation technology developer is expanding their West Coast based production studio and is looking for facial modelers, riggers and animators to assist them with the development of animations for the next generation of films, video games and toys. Qualified candidates should have expertise with 2 of the following 3 skill sets: Character modeling (heads preferred), Character set up/rigging for facial animation or lip synching, Facial Animation. Candidates will ideally have a background in games or film development and be able to work within a range of visual styles (realistic, fantasy, cartoony).
Junior to Lead-Level Character Designers/Modelers/Riggers
• Must be proficient in 2 of the following: character design, modeling and/or rigging.
• Ability to create hi-poly mesh, blendshapes, or bone-based rigs for the face
• Proficiency in one or more high level art/animation package (Max, Maya, XSI) is necessary
• Texturing skills are a bonus
