Ryan is in my opinion one of the greatest animators of all time. A bold claim I suppose given that he's pretty young, but there's just so much life and emotion in his animations and as you say, they are silky smooth.

I don't think there's a better example of such mastery of the 12 principles, certainly in modern animation at least.

Wow, $50,000 is a steep ask; I get why he's asking for that much, but I wonder if he'll hit it. Is there an android version planned? Considering the wide range of screen resolutions and ratios out there I doubt it, but it would be interesting to see him release for some setups.
