jeremiah that is some damn good work. just goes to show that even a straight forward prop like a backpack can be exciting with strong execution.
went back to my pistol, with a custom pitting brush i made from photo ref, in order to get the pitting looking like it ought to. much happier with it now:

Some of the stuff you guys post is amazing! I'm gonna stick this screenshot here because I don't think I'm worthy of putting my own thread up yet.
It's a game I'm building in CryEngine 3. I've modelled everything but most if not all of the textures are from CGTextures. Crits are welcome but it's very unfinished! I hope you like it!

Ok, time to banish him to my hard drive dungeons...
It´s a very old model that finally got textures and stuff.
Maybe alpha maps for the cloth and a base and of course I will pose him someday... but not now ^^
