Here is a neat little idea if you happen to have a cintiq. You can have fun with your kids, or even your girlfriend:

Basically, open Photoshop and have your child or significant other draw a little doodle with the cintiq, and then use your cintq to redo the image in about 15-30 seconds yourself. Then you can have them color it while you both sit around and laugh it up.
