Hi geppetto420,
you should really study the human anatomy.
I would suggest you work your way through the books of Andrew Loomis which are available for free as .pdf if you search. I don't know if you've used references in the past but it's really important to get realistic results.
You have a lot to learn but you will get it

I fount those books, and they seem awesome, thanks Maks! Painting/Sculpting the human form correctly is actually one of my main focuses this semester. Those books should help a lot.
