Hi Everyone! I was just wondering what kind of material setup would you need to achieve the water reflections on the rocks you see in this scene?

You should check out the free version of the caustic generator. Great tiling caustics in a few seconds.

There are different shaders available to max and maya that do pretty much the same thing, and you can render maps from those shaders and then import those maps into UDK.
