Small but paid Rigging/Animation job - Maya

This is a paid task for a new game developer in Southern California - we envision it as a relatively quick prototype job, with more potential freelance/on-site work depending on the outcome.
We need help with a task rigging and animating a rudimentary run cycle with provided 3D demo character.
Character must be rigged and animated in Maya 2009
Provided character will be ~5300 triangles
Good communication and ability to follow instructions is a must.
This is a small job and we'd like to have a quick turn around on this.
