sup? it's me.

I've decided to release a small game that i made a while back (first bit of programming i ever did... *tear*). I was going to release it with a whole pile of other junk, but there are some movies coming out soon that deal with similar subject matter, so i figgured i should get on it.

www.greenergrassgames.com/iamthenight

takes about a minute to play.. if you decide to try it, do make sure you play to the end.

got another one coming in a day or so.

first thing i noticed is that there is a glitch int he combat where the kick misses then the enemies jump towards you and die. love the story haha good stuff so far!

Thanks Woogity.

yeah, the fighting is a tad glitchy. I probably won't go back and re-do it.. i'd rather move forward. thanks for pointing that out though. maybe if drives everyone crazy....

Rather amusing, although the heavy-handedness of the narrator tipped off where the narrative was going.

Hahaha that was actually really amusing, I think the only thing that I could say is if you want to do more narrative, invest in some better mics, an inexpensive pop-stopper (those p's were punchy) and yuh, should be good

Looking forward to more, and I liked the character / environment at the end, maybe you could pimp that

that was rather enjoyable, thanks. i could be wrong, but i think i was hit over the head with the moral of the story at the end? i can't say for sure, i just woke up.

hey guys, thanks!!

kp - yes, i know, it could be that you're blinded by the light and you're discombobulated, that's feedback that i've gotten... from.. some of my work (okay all of it)

nah, i'm not to worried about the heavy handed thing. maybe I'm just really dumb, but i like people speaking clearly to me, and i like doing the same back. offering messages that need to be deciphered isn't something I value. 'sides. it's not supposed to "rock your world". that's going to happen in my next project (art piece) called "I am the setting sun in the dawn of darkness and mysery."

I cannot get this to run. Loading bar stops. Probably an issue on my end.

As for morals: You can be clear and direct about your message without slugging anybody over the head with it. See deus ex, etc. No riddle bullshit, but a more natural method of communication than 'THIS SHIT IS WRONG'.

Don't Panic. I played it on google chrome just now.
The first time I tried it didn't work. But it worked perfectly the second time around.

Cool little game.
