I figured I'd ask around to see if anyone had some suggestions. My game collection is kinda big as is my dvd collection. I'm trying to find a software for making a catalog of what I have, preferably search able. I found something that kinda works out ok called Libra but it seemed to not do it too elegantly. If anyone knows of something good for this please do tell. Thanks.

I've seen something like this for books on the mac. You would take digital photos of the barcodes, and it would catalog all the data for you. I wish I could remember the name...

i use a stone-old version of this to keep track of the contents of my data-DVDs. it's quite a capable app, has never crashed on me and is quite affordable.

this is a freebie for personal use: http://www.tjelinek.com/main.php?sec...&setLng=EN no idea, how good it is tho.

The barcode scanning really helped get through my collection fast. That alone was worth it.

Delicious Monster looks great...too bad it's Mac only. That kinda seems to operate like Libra but much nicer. Libra seems to rely on amazon for info.

Found a comparable product for windows. It's called MediaMan. Spent a few minutes playing with it and it's very nice, user friendly and highly customizable. Has a virtual product shelf as well so you can see all the covers and it pulls up vital info on the games. Awesome.
