My first Vray render the metal texture needs alot more developing, The only problem i seem to be having is the redering prosses itself gettig the right lighting and output settings

Way too glossy on the metal bars i think,toning it down abit might help :)

Try googling for a good tutorial to understand and get good rendersettings. Also, I recommend giving the model some more detail (like the space between planks), to get better shadow and AO effects.
The metal, as Joe said, also needs improvement. You could explore http://www.vray-materials.de/ a bit. Check some metal materials and their materialsettings.

Thank you for your comments, i have used vray-materials.de its very helpfull and yes i know the metal needs work but it is also using meaterial settings from vray-materials.de i think the reson it looks so glossy is i had to apply 4 lights in the scene around it to be able to see it. i have been looking at the Global illumination setups and found im doing it all wrong so some studies are in order :) and ty about the coments on the texures
