A quick noobie question about 3dsmax

hey, when i was modeling, i have a problem with moving objects upwords...

like the image shown, i am not able to move it upwords, how do you fix this problem? :C

Seems like you've hidden the manipulator. Try hitting the X key to get it back visible.
