No Terrain

when you make a new map, do you always have to make terrain?

can you make a completely blank level and just start blocking out with solids?

kinda how udk does with new empty map and BSP

In crymod 2 there is an option for no terrain when you create your level. In the FreeSDK it is hidden somewhere I think.
