Can't open ZPR file in Zbrush4r2

So after feeling stupid for a while and looking trough the internet, I still can't understand to open a ZPR file which is supposed to be from how I understand it a new way of saving everything including settings and such, but how to open?

ok sorry people just found it, can't understand why all documents can't be opened at the same place.

Everything can be opened under the File palette, and I think they're separated because Projects, Tools, and Documents are each different things.
