I checked this out. There are free models and textures (here (http://syncronia.com/librerie.asp/tipo_strumenti/lingua_it/design/strumenti.html))... but it's all in Italian, and requires you to register first, with an email address. I didn't register, but it does look legitimate.

You're right, It's Italian but there's the English version as well.
