[3ds Max] Selected polys become red

This is a totally newb question, but I don't even know how to search for an answer.

When I'm selecting polygons in an Editable Poly, sometimes they get highlighted with a red wireframe, sometimes they get highlighted with a red tint:

I think this is some sort of setting with a keyboard shortcut that I keep accidentally triggering. Does anyone know what that is?

D'oh, five seconds after posting this, a friend came by and told me about the F2 keyboard shortcut ("Shade selected faces toggle"). :P

If an admin wants to delete this thread, feel free.
