Blocking blocking! that's a good way to start. Thanks for posting it. As there were blue prints for this proton pack, I got tempted to start doing an exact motherboard base... anyways i'll finish it and then block the rest of the model which seems a quicker way.

The 4 small circle pieces looks a little too simetrical: bottom ones could be closer to the Y axis.
