Need Mudbox Help

Hello I am trying to create these folds and what not to this black jack model but I am having trouble doing it in mudbox. I tried to use the sculpt tool but it does not seem to want to work for me :( Does anyone have a good approach and the tools / settings I can use to get this going?

one way would be the repeat brush... adjust the stamp spacing and turn on steady stroke...
there are some stitch VDMs on the community...

but i have to say zbrush is much better in such things... :(
