Hey PC'ers,

I've got a couple of questions about working in the London, Ontario area. I've got family in the area but have no idea what the market is like.

Anyone know the area that wouldn't mind exchanging some PM's?

Thanks and cheers!

well, Digital Extremes is there. Arman and Jason Lavoie work there, could probably hook you up with some info.

There are a few smaller mobile/indie companies here as well. Like Big Blue Bubble and a few others I don't remember.
There is also LOTS of other job opportunities here if you don't end up working in the games industry.

London's good if you like smaller cities, but if you are a big city boy like me you would be better fitted living in Toronto. Also it is generally very cheap to live in london compared to places like Vancouver/Toronto.

There's alot of opportunities here smaller game companies like big blue bubble and slightly bigger companies like Digital Extremes.

if you have any other questions regarding the city don't hesitate to send me a PM, also stay away from Adam he has the herpes!

Cheers,

Arman
