I'm going for a steampunkified Cammy. Because there aren't yet enough Cammy's in this BRAWL... :D

First design pass. Much will likely change once roughed out in zbrush. I hope to get a better handle on texturing metal working on this.

Cammy AND steam punk? Not too original, but its looking good. Reminds me a bit of that old series called Spell Binder for some reason. In terms of design, do you plan on leaving her thighs naked and empty like that or?

Your concept is looking pretty good so far, I'm liking the design of her gloves and boots. One thing I would suggest is making the silhouette more interesting. Adding some pieces to break the silhouette could help as well as making the design a little less symmetrical overall. If it helps, here's more random steam punk inspiration:
