Oh yes, Ness grew up into a toughie!

You might want to crispen up those shorts though, a really hard angular front crease is more fitting for the gang types, plus it'd give you some nice contrast with the curves.

Hahaha! That is quite the reimagining. Nice work.
One thing that bugs me a bit and may be good feedback for you is that his cloths are so clean and well kept. He's got a bat and a baseball but it doesn't seem like he used it much, you know what I mean? Your concept has nice details like tattered shirt and stains. I liked those things :D It makes him look tough.

I agree with Mishin. I'd also like to see some tattoo's, like the Mother Earth logo somewhere or something. I can see something of the sort on your concept.
