Username change

Well, as you can plainly see, Kitteh is a pretty stupid ass username. I'd like to change my username to gabester. I've sent PMs to administrators and stuff about this before and not gotten any response, so I figured maybe I'd get a yes/no if I made a thread. I want to change it for professional reasons too, I go by gabester on a lot of other forums and my name is Gabe, so I wanna make sure people know I'm me.

its unlikely you'll be allowed. most forums don't allow it. so long as your names readable just stick with it. the way you act and the art you make will define you not some shitty internet nickname

I also doubt mods will want anything to do with this. Once one person gets the change lots of others will start asking.

What's wrong with your username? I have "Kot" in mine which stands for a "cat" in Russian. I don't mind it at all; it is sort of unique, too. Besides, a username and an avatar won't get you noticed. What will, though, is the kind of art you produce as well as your attitude towards other artists.

Lmao that's nice to know. Well, "kot" stands for a male version of a cat in russian. There's also "koshka" which is a female cat, and "kotyonok" which is a baby cat. :)
