I tried searching for this, but couldn't find it. Shoot me if there's already a thread.
I think this looks like a hugely promising game. The style is so crisp and beautiful, and the environments give me sort of a Shadow of the Colossus vibe. I very much enjoyed Flower from the same company, so this is exciting.

TBA 2011, so I'm hoping that means early 2011.

"Certainly, we have seen people leave penises on the sand."
Seems like a winner.
Visually it makes me think of what love tried to be, but in an actually playable state, it looks beautiful.

Very excited, and optimistic, it could be pretty void and shallow though. Art style alone can't carry these games and while flow and flower were both artisticly beautiful and poignantly concise they were a little simplistic for my tastes.
They often felt more like toys than games, and the time I spent with them was minimal. Would be very nice to see the same efficient visual communication expanded to create a more rich experience.

Looking forward to this. Seems similar what Tale of Tales tried with Endless Forest (multiplayer - but no word-based communication) but... with an actual goal and a much larger world.
Looks beautiful, too :)

Endless Forest was a great idea that I actually tried out a bit. It fell short in terms of having any actual gameplay though, but I did like the atmosphere they tried to create. I can definitely see the similarities.
As for flower being more toy than game, that might be true. I found myself enjoying that simplicity though, it was very relaxing playing it without any demands on having to perform to my utmost abilities.

I'm interested. That's really all I can say, I have no idea how it will actually be.

I'm pretty excited for it. Have no idea what it's about, but I'm still excited. even if it's just exploring a massive alien landscape.

loving the trailer. I hope this one has some deeper gameplay than the others, but either way I'll probably buy it.

Looks nice but not sure whether it will be any "fun", can't really tell what the gameplay is going to be like at all (other than wander around big empty world, but surely that can't be all it has to offer.... but then again, I said the same about flower too)

Jeremy: that was EXACTLY what I thought when I saw the title of this. I had to think for a moment "Why would anyone bring this game back up?!"

Do you guys think it would be hard to achieve a style like that in UDK?
The game looks amazing

E3 2011 interview with Jenova Chan

It looks like a beautiful, zen experience. I do wonder how well it'll work as a co-operative game. I guess if you can find a good friend to play with who has a similar mindset to yourself it could potentially work, but the drifting, aimless gameplay seem like they may be more suited to a single player experience where you're not tied to the whims of another.
