Decal that casts light

Hey guys i was wondering if there was a way you could have a decal that has an emissive and can cast light on things? Like an emissive for a static actor but just with a decal?

Then you can't apply it as a decal if you want to do that.

Try to turn on emitting photons in the material. It will bring up the render times.
