looks good to me if you're just going for something generic. do you have a specific reference that you're using?
If you want to, maybe bring in a little asymmetry to him by making him have one big claw like a fiddler crab?

Oh I was just making a Crab generic couse I have no idea what a beach crab could look at in tropics and I didn't want to spent too much time researching making a 100% realistic thing , I just want iot to look realistic and belieavable but not going for "specific" Kind of Crab ....
now I need to texture and animated it , how u think are polyflow edge loops etc for animating ? All Ok?

yeah, should be fine to animate. plus crabs don't really have a wide range of motion so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I was trying to use CAT animation , I have followed the video tutorial to put in place the crab preset on my model , but then when I apply the skin modifier and I go to work on the envelopes I get those weird envelopes all around .... why that and how can I fix this ?

You might want to look at some crab pics, they don't really hold their arms like that:

This last one, although blurry, is probably the best.

Seconding Saso, those arms are throwing it off big time. I don't think I've seen any sort of crab hold it's arms like that. In fact I'm reasonably certain they're incapable of that sort of movement without a part of it breaking off, just based on how I've seen them move (and I own a couple). Right now you've got its little arms seeming much too "praying mantis" and not near enough "crab". Regardless of species.
Edit: The closest I could sort of find was this (http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.biotechmashup.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/crabfight.PNG&imgrefurl=http://www.biotechmashup.com/2008/03/13/a-crabby-personality/&usg=__mFyc9A9k6XwVs9nkfq_138pBcvg=&h=531&w=800&sz=900&hl=en&start=41&zoom=1&tbnid=5720msBc_0xtNM:&tbnh=158&tbnw=241&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dhermit%2Bcrab%2Bwithout%2Bshell%26um% 3D1%26hl%3Den%26biw%3D1259%26bih%3D830%26tbs%3Disc h:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=rc&dur=452&ei=WFXkTP7yGIuXnwfjhcC9Dg&oei=B1XkTN-UIuLsnQeiytyPDg&esq=2&page=3&ndsp=20&ved=1t:429,r:16,s:41&tx=152&ty=35). But that's a big stretch, and I do think it's taking away from what's supposed to be a "generic" crab.

Oh I put in this position to skin easier and then animate they won't stay that way after in move...
