Hey I am currently making big environmental modular pieces for a scene I am doing in the UDK. When creating walls I usually sculpt a brick and place different sides by rotating and adjusting them for my normal map. My question is this. How would I go about creating large environmental pieces with lets say 1000 bricks. Do i just create a tileable texture and apply it in Photoshop or UDK? If I do it that way will I be unable to give the wall any definition and brick depth variation?

Just model in a few bricks to break up the modularity. If it really needs it you can also create several textures and blend then together using a mask and LERP in your material.
There are LOTS of ways to handle this. If your provide images and details about what you are exactly trying to do you might get a more helpfull answer.
