zbrush export gone wierd

Um, so when I export one of my subtools, it does this:

this isnt where it is supposed to be... I mean, a few exports ago, it was flipped the right way up, but quite a bit above 0,0,0

I can work around this, no problem... but I am wondering if something is going wrong? and would I run into any problems later on if I dont fix it?

We had problems at work with our models being scaled 1/1000th the size they were before going into zbrush and found it to be a problem with xforms. Did you reset your xforms before you exported the model to zBrush?

ah crap, no i didn't

but i swear it was fine for ages

it only started going wierd after i started appending different subtools and stuff... only recently its suddenly gone upside down

i have the exact same problem and i think it's because i rotated and moved the tool in the tool;preview window.
