What exactly goes in this section?

Before I start going crazy with questions, what exactly can I ask here? Does anything go, be it scripting, modeling, materials, particles and what not, or does it follow the nature of the rest of the forum (visual art, I suppose).

A sticky with guidelines could be helpful so any more of these threads don't pop up

ANYTHING related to the unreal development kit! If you have just a small problem, consider posting it in the master thread up top. Even the really techy stuff is fine - this is the technical talk forum after all!

If you've made something in Unreal and just want to show it off, or make a development thread as you work on a project, Pimping and Previews is where you need to go.

UDK Having its own section will help IMMENSELY for people to get their questions answered more promptly. One thread just wasn't enough for us folks. Glad to see you guys recognized that! :)
