Yup, more fan-made Team Fortress 2 improvements, this time for the Engineer, and from the same talented guy who brought us the TF2 attack dogs (http://kotaku.com/5364667/you-know-what-team-fortress-2-needs-guard-dogs).Yep looks like its not official, but it should be.

those fake updates always seem to have improbable models, remember the one about the engineer's dog which was pretty obviously a high subdivision model
